Hamby Family Dental Center has changed its domain name because it’s now a multi-dentist practice! Our domain name was formerly www.mikehambydds.com when there was only Dr. Hamby, but since bringing on board 1 more dentist, our domain name is now www.FuquayVarinaDentists.com to better represent the expansion of the practice.

Dr. Hamby
Dr. Hamby graduated from North Carolina State University and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at UNC-Chapel Hill. During his 30-year career, he has maintained a focus on providing personalized care in a family-friendly environment while always keeping the goal of ensuring his patients receive the best possible dental care. Outside the office, he shows a dedication in serving the community. He has served as a Deacon and Elder in the Fuquay-Farina Presbyterian Church and is also a member of the Fuquay-Varina Lions Club. Additionally, Dr. Hamby has volunteered on the Baptist Dental Bus and the N.C. Dental Society Missions of Mercy (MOM) Clinics around the area. His family is his greatest joy, including his wife and two children. Some of his hobbies involve spending time outdoors, traveling, hunting, fishing, and sailing.
Dr. Loeffler
Dr. Loeffler grew up in Cary, North Carolina, and is proud to call the state of North Carolina home. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 from UNC-Chapel Hill, she then obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2013. Upon graduation, she joined a dental practice in Charlotte but wanted to get back to the Triangle area, which she did when she joined Hamby Family Dental Center in 2017. Dr. Loeffler loves science and art as well as meeting new people and helping others, and dentistry allows her to incorporate these passions into a career. She stays up to date with the latest technology and methods in dentistry as a member of both the N.C. Dental Society and the American Dental Association. In off hours, she enjoys her time with friends and family–husband Jon and son Blake, not to mention her sweet Goldendoodle, Reyna.
